Easy Mark Synopsis

Easy Mark
Synopsis
By Lorna Green

EASY MARK is a poignant cross-generational, character-driven short drama about two neighbors who disagree over the U.S.-Iraq War. EASY, a Vietnam veteran suffering from age discrimination is troubled by the lack of respect for military people fighting for their country. MARK, a young guerilla cyberfreak, whose purpose is to agitate to educate, challenges the validity of the war. When Mark’s activism pushes Easy over the edge, a troubled war between neighbors erupts, forcing each to confront issues of freedom of speech, patriotism, and war.
